Guest Registration
The Andover Hub has a card-based access control system.
Visitors to the Andover Hub must check in at the reception desk.
Building access for visitors will begin at 7:30 AM, when reception staff are available to complete visitor check-in.

Approximately 35 minutes in normal traffic. During rush hour (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM), allow 60 to 90 minutes for travel.

Approximately 30 minutes away. MHT offers an easy travel experience and is a convenient alternative to Logan when flight options are available.
Visitor Registration
All guests, including nonresident Schneider employees who have not had Andover access added to their One Badge must be pre-registered in SoloInsight.
Visitors outside the U.S. should complete a registration form and submit it to the Workplace Experience Ambassador.

Parking
Dedicated parking for visitors and those with disabilities is located in the main entrance parking lot. We also offer two separate areas that consist of (20) dedicated spots for electrical vehicle charging located in the front and rear of the building.
Wi-Fi
Schneider does not offer guest Wi-Fi. If you are in a SE training class, meeting with external customers or partners, please reach out to Wendy Reed or Alli Rock and you will be assigned a Wi-Fi password to utilize while onsite. Wi-Fi requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting. Those not adhering to this will be unable to obtain credentials..
No Firearms / Weapons
Absolutely no firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted at the AndoverHub, nor on Schneider property or adjacent areas.
No Smoking
Schneider Electric is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Smoking and all tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, are prohibited on Schneider property, adjacent areas and neighboring business properties.
No Alcohol
The use of alcohol on site premises is restricted to authorized site managed events only, otherwise alcohol is not permitted on site.

Individual workspaces are not assigned. Please use the Planon
reservation system to book your workstation or reach out to the Workplace Experience Team for assistance.
