The Andover Hub is an outstanding meeting location, offering flexible conference rooms that accommodate groups from 2 to 150 attendees. Whether you're hosting a small team meeting, leadership workshop, training session, or large-scale event, the space can be tailored to your needs. The Hub also features dedicated breakout rooms that support collaboration, brainstorming, and smaller group discussions. With convenient onsite catering and onsite IT support, organizers can provide a seamless experience for attendees while ensuring technology runs smoothly throughout the event. Combined with its professional atmosphere and modern amenities, Andover Hub provides everything needed for productive, engaging, and successful meetings.

Visitor Registration
All guests, including nonresident Schneider employees who have not had Andover access added to their One Badge must be pre-registered in SoloInsight.
Visitors outside the U.S. should complete a registration form and submit it to the Workplace Experience Ambassador.
Wi-Fi
Schneider does not offer guest Wi-Fi. If you are in a SE training class, meeting with external customers or partners, please reach out to Wendy Reed or Alli Rock and you will be assigned a Wi-Fi password to utilize while onsite. Wi-Fi requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting. Those not adhering to this will be unable to obtain credentials..

Commercial Composting Site
The Andover Hub is proud to support this mission by actively reducing waste and maximizing composting efforts. Our goal is to compost everything possible to minimize environmental impact.

Each room is equipped with whiteboards and advanced audiovisual technology to support effective collaboration and hybrid meetings.

Catering orders are placed in CATERTRAX
LARGE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
LUNCH ORDERS for PICKUP IN CAFÉ
(1 – 9 GUESTS)
Individual or smaller group orders are placed
on TOAST.
