Andover offers a prestigious venue to host meetings, customer visits, or training sessions in our state-of-the-art facility. Our 236,000 square foot facility includes 41 labs total with 5 customer facing labs, and free-address space, conveniently arranged to offer individual workstations, as well as various spaces for collaboration. Our meeting rooms can accommodate 2 to 200 people, and are equipped with the technology needed to hold a successful meeting/event. Our onsite catering service can handle all catering needs.

Meeting Hosts:
It is your responsibility to inform participants of our composting commitment. Please ensure all items are placed in the clearly marked receptacles located outside meeting rooms and breakout areas.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
All guests must be preregistered in SoloInsight for arrival to the hub. This includes Schneider employees who are not residents of the hub you are visiting.
This registration system is available for visitors residing in the USA. For those who reside outside the USA, please complete a registration form and send to the Workplace Experience Ambassador for processing.
Schneider does not offer guest Wi-Fi. If you are in a SE training class, meeting with external customers or partners, please reach out to Wendy Reed and you will be assigned a Wi-Fi password to utilize while onsite. Wi-Fi requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting. Those not adhering to this will be unable to obtain credentials.

We are a COMMERCIAL COMPOSTING SITE. Everything provided from the cafe' is compostable except for canned beverages which are recyclable.

Our site offers state-of-the-art conference rooms designed to accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 150 participants.
Each room is equipped with whiteboards and advanced audiovisual technology to support effective collaboration and hybrid meetings.
